Private Money

Hard Money

Hard money refers to non-conventional financing that is focused on equity, not strictly on the creditworthiness of the Borrower.  Rates are typically higher, but funding usually occurs in days, not weeks.  Hard money can be used for acquisitions, refinances, or "fix n flip" quick turn projects.  All classes of real estate are acceptable, from single family homes to commercial office buildings.
