Typical Borrower Profile

22 Pacific Equity's typical borrower is either short on time, lacking in good credit, fed up with their bank, or has an occupancy issue with a rental property.  They have sufficient equity in their property, but cannot qualify or don't have the time to get a convetional bank loan.  Their exit strategy is usually to refinance after 12 to 24 months, or sell the property.
